The pattern depicting cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in fall is called the "Shunju (Spring and Autumn)" pattern. It is also called "Unkin" (Cloud and Brocade) pattern, as cherry blossoms are represented as clouds and autumn leaves are represented as brocade. It is finished in chic black "Tame-uchi-Kuro-nuri (black lacquering)".
